A single newline in a paragraph normally behaves like whitespace. A blank line creates a new paragraph; explicit hard-break syntax is separate.
A single newline is not automatically a break
MarkdownPreview leaves the breaks option off, so ordinary wrapped source remains one paragraph.
A blank line starts another paragraph
This explicit boundary is easier to preserve across common Markdown systems.
Plain-text copy follows rendered structure
Rendered plain text removes markup tokens while retaining visible code, labels and block separation.
